As a DONA-certified doula, I am here to offer steady and compassionate support as you prepare for the birth you have dreamed of. Every woman carries her own hopes, questions, and vision for this journey. It is my role to walk beside you with patience, guidance, and a heartfelt presence. I bring a spiritually connected and joyful approach to birthwork while honoring both the emotional, and physical, needs of this sacred time.

What I believe:

I believe every woman is entitled to safely try for a beautiful birth of her choosing.
I believe there is no failure to progress, rather a failure to be patient.
I believe in being patient and letting babies come when they are ready.
I believe in exploring all options to avoid unnecessary medical interventions.
I believe that “breech” does not automatically mean “C-section” and that women have options.
I believe that VBAC is a viable option for women who are safe to do so.
I believe that not every doula is for every birth but that women with open hearts benefit from my joyful and spiritually connected approach to birth.
